Just had a complete roof tear off and install with 50 year comp and a 23 panel system with 5 batteries for less than half what any other company would touch. We engaged Solarworx earlier this year (2026) as our service provider for our PV system. We have a system that's original with our new home, an upgrade in 2023 that doubled our output, and finally a Tesla Powerwall installed in 2025 as part of President Biden's infrastructure bill.
We've needed their service twice. Once because the Powerwall installers did a bad job (bad high current connection - big fireball, thankfully no fire) and this week, a big disparity between PG&E's idea of what we owe at TrueUp and what our software says.
In the first case, Solarworx identified the problem and rather than simply replacing the connectors, ran a new line from our PV array to eliminate the connectors. Really professional fault identification and the best fix.
On the TrueUp issue, Solarworx came out and looked at the net grid export results from: our Tesla software; our Solaredge software; our NetZero software, and checked that PG&E's smart meter agreed with the realtime power export that our three independent software measurements showed. It did. This means that the discrepancy (about $1800) lies in PG&E's accounting package. Solarworx's report gave me the info I need to appeal PG&E's error.
Our experience with Solarworx has been great. I recommend them without reservation.

RoofXperts and SolarWorx worked seamlessly to first install a new roof and then to add the solar panels and battery.
